      • shipping time-frame: orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days, but sometimes there are delays, especially during holiday periods. orders are processed on business days (mon-fri, 9am - 5pm NZST).
      • delivery addresses: delivery is available to all New Zealand addresses, both rural and urban, except P.O. boxes.
      • pre-orders: for pre-ordered items, please check the delivery timeframes provided in the item's online store description.
      • insurance: kintra insures all purchases while in transit, right up until they’re delivered to the specified delivery address.
      • urgent inquiries: if you have urgent delivery requirements, or questions about delivery timeframes, please contact hello@kintra.co.nz. any known delays will be communicated to you.

      international 

      • all prices are in New Zealand dollars

      furniture items:

      • kintra does not offer international shipping for furniture items (including planters and rugs). please sign up for our newsletter to see news on any international expansion in the future!

      non-furniture items:

      • free international shipping is available for non-furniture purchases (excluding planters and rugs)  over NZD$300.
      • all international parcels are shipped via DHL Express, and require signature on delivery.

      general shipping information: 

      • orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days.
      • international delivery is estimated to take an additional 3-10 working days, depending on the destination.
      • estimated delivery times are provided as a guide, and kintra is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes

      customs and duties:

      • international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country's authorities, based on local laws and regulations.
      • kintra is not responsible for any customs charges.
      • customers may be required to make payments to release their orders from customs upon arrival.
